This particular little freeware app enables you to select a Audio file and add it to your ringtone list in Sounds. It also features a document splitter to help you make use of a portion of an audio lesson instead of the entire tune. A drawback to this is it duplicates the file in order to main storage and may be considered a storage hog. Usage of the actual files doesn’t need the actual application to be set up.
